Proudly based in Canada, their sleek, space-saving designs are trusted by contractors, interior designers, and homeowners seeking to maximize space without compromising style. AlumComplete’s products blend modern aesthetics with durability and are used in projects ranging from home closets to open-concept room dividers.

The Challenge

When AlumComplete first partnered with us, they faced several marketing challenges:

  • Limited Email Strategy: They had virtually no email marketing in place, missing opportunities to engage prospects, customers, and industry partners,

  • Online Engagement: Their social media presence was only on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, missing the opportunity to leverage other platforms.

  • Web Content: They needed new landing pages to showcase new product lines, and a distributor program page to attract potential distribution partners.

Overall, AlumComplete wanted to boost its online visibility and increase the number of leads registering through their website to receive a quote.

We crafted a multi-faceted marketing plan to address these challenges and set AlumComplete up for success. Our approach included:

Targeted Email Newsletters

We configured and launched two email campaigns in GetResponse. One that was tailored for design professionals, and another for the broader customer database. To get it right, we piloted the first newsletter with the designer segment to refine content and messaging.

After seeing a strong 58% open rate on the initial designer sends, we rolled out a polished newsletter to the entire customer list, achieving an even higher ~65% open rate.

The newsletters featured project photos, product tips, and calls-to-action, generating an 8% click-through rate. This resulted in new inquiries and leads from a channel that had previously been untapped. AlumComplete went from no email strategy to making email a top driver of engagement within the first month.

Web Development

To increase visibility for AlumComplete’s product line, we designed and developed new landing pages in WordPress, leveraging Elemental. The new pages were built to be mobile-friendly, while optimizing content for SEO.

To expand B2B outreach, we also published a dedicated Distributors page to speak directly to potential partners. This page outlines the benefits of partnering with AlumComplete and ways to work with them. The content and design were put together with AlumComplete’s branding in mind, using visuals of their doors and including clear CTA’s throughout.

These pages have become a valuable sales tool for the team, who can now send these in outreach emails or when talking to prospects.

Social Media Expansion

With the help of Glumentum, AlumComplete’s social media footprint have significantly broadened. Previously active only on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, we helped them expand their presence to LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

On Pinterest, AlumComplete is now averaging 115,000 monthly views, with a growing presence on other channels. In the month of July, impressions were up %52 relative to the previous month by consistently posting engaging content

To streamline the content calendar and review process, we used Heyorca as our social media management tool, This enabled us to easily create posts, have them reviewed and approved by AlumComplete, and later scheduled for publishing — all in one place.
